Emory Athletic Communications

The Emory University Athletic Communications office is available to assist you with coverage of all 19 Eagle athletic programs. The Athletic Communications office is located in Suite 310 of the Woodruff PE Center. For information regarding credentials, interviews, statistics, etc., please contact a member of the Athletic Communications office through email below or via phone at 404-727-6549.

Interviews must be arranged through the Emory Athletic Communications office at least one day (24 hours) in advance. All Eagles practices are closed to the media without prior notification. This rule will be strictly enforced.

New Student-Athletes
All new Emory student-athletes, including transfers, are required to fill out a Eagles student-athlete questionnaire so that the Athletic Communications office can keep an accurate record of your time as an Eagle as well as to assist us with the creation of your online roster page. MEDIA GUIDELINES

Media Credentials

Credentials for Emory University home athletic events, as well as sideline passes, will only be issued to working media outlets. If you wish to obtain credentials, please contact the Eagles Athletic Communications office at least three days prior to the event. Any person wishing to take photos must obtain credentials from a member of the Athletic Communications office.

Interview Policy
All Eagle coaches and players are normally available for interviews following a 10-minute post-game cool down period, as per NCAA regulations. Please ask a member of the Athletic Communications staff to arrange an interview. The Emory Department of Athletics & Recreation does not hold weekly press conferences. All interviews with coaches and student-athletes, or with a member of the Athletics & Recreation department, must go through the Athletic Communications office. Please give at least 24 hours notice for all interview requests.
