Emory

Steve Klein was named Athletic Trainer at Emory in June of 2015.  Previously, Steve had spent the 2013-2014 and 2014-15 school years at Emory as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer. During those two years, he worked with a variety of sports teams including baseball, cross country, swimming & diving, track & field, tennis and volleyball.

Originally from Grafton, Wisconsin, he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in May of 2013, earning a B.S. in Athletic Training. While at Oshkosh, he worked with the men's basketball, cross country, track and field, gymnastics and football programs.  Most recently, Steve obtained his M.S. in Sports Medicine from Georgia State University. 

Since living in the Atlanta area, Steve has volunteered at the Gold Cup Soccer matches at the Georgia Dome and the Peachtree Road Race. He also has had the opportunity to work with the United States U-14 Boys and Girls Soccer teams.

In his free time Steve enjoys hanging out with friends and family including his dog Rookie; playing volleyball, basketball, and golf; as well as watching Wisconsin sports teams. He resides in Tucker, GA.
