Sophomore Richard Brereton collected three multi-hit games as the Eagles went 2-1 this past week. He hit for a blistering .636 average (7-for-11) to go along with one double, one triple, one home run and a team-best seven RBI. On Tuesday, Brereton had three hits, scored three runs and had a first-inning grand slam as the Eagles topped Oglethorpe, 13-1. Brereton also appeared on the mound, taking a ND vs. NC Wesleyan, allowing five runs (3 ER) in four innings of work to go along with six punch outs.
