Sophomore Michael Edelman went 5-for-8 in two games played, hitting .625, as Emory took two of three from W&L. Edelman led the team with eight total bases and both slugging and on-base percentage while scoring twice and driving in two runs. Edelman had a career day offensively on Thursday, collecting his first ever four hit game, going 4-for-4 and falling a HR shy of the the cycle. He added one RBI and one stolen base in the 11-4 win.
