Senior James Robertson turned in his best start of the 2020 season Saturday afternoon, tossing seven shutout frames as Emory picked up its second shutout of the year. Robertson allowed five hits and no walks while striking out seven as he improved to 2-1. He needed just 73 pitches to complete the outing and retired 16 of the final 18 batters he faced.
