The Emory University golf B Team hosted Oglethorpe and Berry College a Tri-Match on Monday, Sept. 24.  The 36-hole event was held at the 7,045-yard, par-72 Barnsley Gardens Resort in Adairsville.

The Berry B side finished first with a score of 615, followed by Oglethorpe's 622 and Emory's 625.

Senior Anthony Muscato finished as Emory's top performer and tied for third out of 19 players with a score of 153 (74-79).  Freshman Andrew DiPetrillo was the next Eagle to appear on the leader board at 156 (79-77), good for seventh place. Rounding out the team's scorers were senior Stefano Butti (79-79—158) and sophomore Davis Hintgen (79-81—160).  Also competing were freshman Max Schwarz (84-79—163) and junior Leo Rich (91-80—171).

Garrison Britt of Berry College was the medalist, shooting a 146 (75-71).

Emory returns to action, Oct. 1-2, when it competes at the 54-hole Gordin Classic in Columbus, Ohio.
