Sophomore Josh Berman broke a scoreless tie early in the second half as the No.7/4 Eagles went on to defeat Birmingham-Southern, 3-0, in the team's lone match of the week. The goal was Berman's second in the last three matches and third of the season. Berman also helped an Emory defense hold the Panthers to five shots total including just two on target.
