Freshman Jonathan Jemison went 2-0 in singles and 1-1 in doubles in Emory's opening weekend of the spring season.

In the Eagles' 6-3 victory over NAIA member Dalton State College,  Jemison joined up with Rafe Mosetick to earn an 8-4 victory at No. 2 doubles.  Playing at No. 2 singles, Jemison battled to a 6-2, 5-7, 7-6 (11-9) decision over the Roadrunners' Edberg Espinoza.
 
Jemison earned one of Emory's two points vs. NCAA D-I member Georgia State University, notching a 7-6, 7-6, win against Zack Kennedy at No. 2 singles.
