Freshman Jonathan Jemison accounted for the Eagles' lone point in their match against Georgia Gwinnett College, the No. 1-ranked team in the NAIA ranks. 

Playing at No. 2 singles against Kevin Konfederak, Jemison battled his way to a 2-6, 7-6, 10-8 victory, raising his season record to 19-4, with his win total a team high.
