Emory junior Dillon Pottish etched himself into the lore of Emory men’s tennis by becoming the first player in school history to win the Division III singles title at the ITA Small College Championships.  The Championships were held in Mobile, Alabama.

Pottish, the No. 1 seed, topped unseeded Felix Sun of Williams College, 7-5, 6-1, in the battle for the crown, becoming the first Eagle to take home the championship since the ITA Small College Championships began in 1986.  Pottis opened the Small College Championships with a quarterfinal-round victory over Andrew Guzick of Vassar before bettering No. 4 seed Nick Ballou of Cal Lutheran in the semifinals.

Pottish would go to to post a 37-3 won-lost mark in singles during the 2010-11 campaign, the school's second-highest seasonal mark, while advancing to the finals of the NCAA D-III Singles Championships.
