Was a two-year member of the Earl L. Vandermeulen High School Track and Field team, serving as a team captain in 2014... Named his high school's Outstanding Athlete of the Year in 2014... All-State in Track and Field in 2014... Finished fifth in New York in the 100-meter dash... All-State 4x100-meter relay team... 11th in the National in the Sprint Medley Relay at the New Balance Nationals... Recorded career-best times of 10.93 seconds in the 100-meter dash and 22.49 seconds in the 200-meter dash... Coached by Rod Cawley... Also played basketball and soccer, earning all-league honors in both sports.
