Junior Shane Sullivan broke the school record in the 5000m Run Friday morning at the Raleigh Relays at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Sullivan turned in a 14:28.05, breaking Tony Lewis's previous 31-year old record of 14:35.24 set at the Georgia Relays back in 1986. Sullivan's time is the best mark recorded in Division III so far this season.
