Sophomore Liam Fost set a new PR in the 400m Dash at 50.27 as he finished 14th overall (best for DIII) at the BSC Indoor Icebreaker on Friday. Fost also ran the anchor leg for the Eagles in the 4x400m Relay, helping the team place 6th with a time of 3:25.98. After the first weekend of competition, Fost ranks 1st in the UAA and 9th nationally in the 400m Dash.
