Sophomore Liam Fost recorded a pair of career-best times to lead the Eagles at Samford's Bulldog Open on Friday and Saturday. Fost moved up to 26th in Division III (3rd in UAA) in the 400m Dash with his PR of 49.33 and in the 200 IM, Fost now ranks 7th in the conference at 22.60. Fost also ran the lead leg of Emory's eighth place 4x400m relay that ran a 3:25.60. His 400m time now ranks as the 6th best in program history.
