Sophomore Liam Fost was part of both event wins for the Eagles at Berry's Field Day Invitational, helping the team to a 2nd place team finish. Fost was an individual winner in the 400m with a time of 48.39 and ran the lead off leg in in the 4x400m win, as he, Alex Rand, Matthew White and Jacob Hedgepeth posted a time of 3:21.56. He also turned in a PR in 200m, running a 22.22 to finish 7th. His 200m time moved him to 5th in the UAA while he still ranks 3rd in the conference and 10th nationally in the 400m at 48.36.
