Junior Liam Fost made his first appearance of the indoor track & field season on Saturday at the Birmingham Crossplex, where he finished in 15th-place out of 35 participants in the 400m dash (51.12). The New Jersey native outperformed a number of DI opponents from schools such as South Carolina State, Jackson State, Alcorn State, and Troy. Fost's mark at the University of Alabama-Birmingham Vulcan Invitational gives him the top 400m dash time in the UAA and is 56th in all of DIII this season.
