Jackson Price

Jackson Price

Freshman Jackson Price had a record-breaking performance on the track at the Emory Thrills in the Hills Open this weekend. Price took home first place in three different events at the meet. Price set the program record in the 100m dash with a time of 10.52 seconds which also sits as the fastest time in that nation thus far this season, although given wind requirements does not meet the threshold for the TFRRS leaderboard. Price then went on to win the 200m dash registering a time of 21.48 seconds which is the sixth fastest time in program history and is the fourth fastest time by any individual this season according to TFRRS. Price capped off the weekend by helping lead the Eagles to a first place finish in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:18.91 that is the third best in the nation. All in all Price accumulated 30 points for the weekend with his three event wins that helped the Eagles secure their first meet win of the outdoor season.
