Sophomore (2018):
Took part in five meets ... Scored in two competitions including at the Bobcat Invitational where his season-best 8K time of 26:42 ranked fourth on the team and 45th out of 162 runners ... Was the No. 2 Emory finisher and 34th in a 213-runner field at the Berry Invitational with a mark of 26:50 ... Also competed at the 7K JSU Foothills Invitational (23:48), the Montevallo Falcon Classic (26:59) and the Watermelon Run. 

Freshman (2017):
First year in the program saw him race in five events ... Scored as the Eagles' No. 4 runner and was 45th overall out of 175 entries at the Furman Classic with a season-best time of 26:37 ... Held down the No. 16 spot out of 183 hopefuls at the JSU Foothills Invitational, clocking a 27:05 ... Competed at the UAA Championships (27:29), the Cowbell Classic (27:32) and the Georgia DIII Invitational. 

High School:
Competed four years on the cross country and track and field teams at New Trier Township High School ... Was coached by Dave Wisner ... Posted a time of 15:25 in the three-mile run ... Clocked a 9:57 in the 3,200 meters ... All-conference honoree as a senior and was named a Scholar-Athlete ... Helped his team to a IHSA Regional title as a senior ... Helped organize the Run BeCAUSE Community Run, with the proceeds benefiting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
