Junior (2019):
Participated in four events as a newcomer ... Ran identical times of 28:12 at both the JSU Foothills Invitational and the Berry Invitational which was good enough to finish in 59th out of 211 and 84th out of 186, respectively ... Also participated in the JSU Strut's Opener 4K (19:02, 124th out of 159) and the UTC Twilight 7K Meet (24:50, 63rd out of 96). 

Sophomore (2018):
Saw action in five events ... Scored for the Eagles in two competitions, one of which came at the Bobcat Invitational where he ranked second on the team and 42nd out of 162 entries with a personal-best 8K time of 26:38 ... Team's No. 5 finisher and 52nd out of 213 runners at the Berry Invitational with his effort of 27:20 his third-best career performance ... Also took part in the 7K JSU Foothills Invitational (25:33), the Montevallo Falcon Classic (27:53) and the Watermelon Run (28:44). 

Freshman (2017):
Competed in four races ... Placed 64th out of 175 runners at the Furman Classic with a season-best time of 26:57 ... Crossed the finish line in the No. 25 position in the 183-runner field at the JSU Foothills Invitational (27:31).

High School:
Four-year member of the cross country and track and field teams at Highland Park High School ... Was coached by Steven Buti ... His best time of 4:24 in the 1,600 meters set the pace on the team in 2017 and placed runner-up at the Class 3A Niles West Sectional ... recorded an 800-meter time of 2:01 ... Personal-best 15:20 in the three-mile run ... Landed all-conference accolades in both country and track his junior and senior seasons ... State qualifier for track and cross country his final year ... Helped Highland Park HS to conference titles in cross country in 2016 and 2017.
