Outstanding season that culminated by becoming just the seventh Emory male runner to earn All-America honors and first since 2009 (Charlie Meade) when he finished 14th out of 280 competitors at the NCAA D-III Championships with an 8K time of 24:44, which represented his second-best and the program's sixth top mark ... Ranked as Emory's No. 1 finisher in all seven of the meets he took part in ... Captured USTFCCCA South/Southeast Male Athlete of the Year honors after crossing the finish line in the No. 1 spot out of 239 entries at the NCAA Regional Championships in a time of 24:49 ... Posted a ninth-place finish in a 253-runner field at the Louisville Classic, clocking a personal-best 8K performance of 24:40 that ranks fifth on the school's all-time ladder ... Second Team All-UAA after finishing eighth out of 76 contestants (25:07) ... One of his three UAA Athlete of the Week awards came after he posted a 12th-place finish in a 213-runner field at the Rhodes Invitational (24:56) ... Helped Emory to a first-place effort at the 15-team Berry Invitational, racing turning in an 8K showing of 25:39 that ranked third on the leader board out of 186 runners.
 
Sophomore (2018):
Emerged as a key contributor, scoring in six of his seven races ... Was tabbed as the Eagles' Most Improved Runner ... Finished second or better on the team's results sheet on three occasions and was the Eagles' top performer at the NCAA Pre-Nationals, ranking 76thoverall out of 343 runners with an 8K time of 26:19 ...  Clocked a pair of career-tying best 8K marks of 26:15, the first taking at the Montevallo Classic, where he ranked second on the team and 24th out of 227 runners,  and the second occasions at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships where he landed all-region kudos after crossing the finish line in the No. 15 position out of 239 contestants ... Competed and scored at the NCAA Championships, recording a time of 26:16 ... No. 4 runner among the Emory contingent at the UAA Championships ... Member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Freshman (2017):
Saw action in five events ...Top 8K time came at the Furman Classic when his time of 27:10 placed him 74th out of 175 entries ... Helped the Eagles to a first-place finish at the Berry Invitational as the team's No. 4 scorer (26th out of 200 runner) with a showing of 27:44 ... Also competed at the season-opening Georgia DIII Invitational, the North Georgia Invitational and the JSU Foothills Invitational. 

High School:

Earned a total of six varsity letters while competing in cross country and track and field while at Glenview South High School ... Served as team captain for both teams his senior year ...
