Junior (2019):
Made one competitive meet appearance ... Clocked a 16:04 in his 4K at the JSU Strut's Opener and finished in 19th-place out of 159 runners.

Sophomore (2018):
Competed in three events ... Raced at the UAA Championships and turned in a time of 28:02 ... Crossed the finish line in the No. 25 position out of 176 runners at the 7K JSU Foothills Invitational (23:33) ... Also took to the course in the Watermelon Run (27:48). 

Freshman (2017):
Saw action in four meets ... Top 8K time was a 26:43 at the Furman Classic that ranked sixth on the team and 54th out of 175 runners ... Came in 13th out of 183 entries at the JSU Foothills Invitational, posting a 26:48 ... Also competed at the season-opening Georgia DIII Invitational (28:08) and the Cowbell Classic (28:31). 

High School:
Earned a total of six varsity letters as a three-year competitor in cross country and track and field ... Served as team captain for both cross country and track ... Was coached by Jeffrey, Sean Hyland and Patrick Reilly ... Earned All-New England honors ... Top 5k performance was a 16:26 ... Posted a 4:19 in the 1,500 meters and a 9:10 in the 3,000 meters ...
