Senior (2021):

Competed in four meets… Registered a new personal record of 26:37 at the Alexander Asics Invitational where he finished 53^rd out of 237 runners and sixth amongst the Eagles contingent… Finished in 85^th place out of 177 runners at the UAB Classic (26:58)… Also placed 50th at the Converse Kickoff (27:29) and 9^th and in scoring position at the Emory vs. Oglethorpe Dual Meet (25:21)… Was named to the UAA Fall All-Academic Team.

Sophomore (2019):
Did not see any meet competition.

Freshman (2018):
Raced in five meets ... Registered a season-best 8K time of 27:47 at the Bobcat Invitational that placed him 82nd out of 162 runners ... Team's No. 7 finisher and was 73rd in a 213-runner field at the Berry Invitational (27:54) ... Also competed at the Montevallo Falcon Classic (27:50), the Watermelon Run (30:49) and the 7K JSU Foothills Invitational (24:46). 

High School:
Competed for four years in cross country and track and field, and earned 11 varsity letters while at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School ... Was coached by Sean Duncan ... Team captain in 2017-18 ... Top mile time was a 4:26 that came at the MIAA EMASS D1 Championships ... Member of the 4x800 relay team that won two state championships and that garnered All-America honors ... Three-time league all-star ... Lincoln-Sudbury Scholar every semester.
