Sophomore (2022):

• Competed in four events for the Eagles this season
• Registered a season-best time of 26:33 at the Alexander Asics Invitational to finish 27th out of 130
• Finished 22nd overall out of 99 runners at the Julius Johnson Invitational (27:25)
• Took home 67th out of 176 athletes with a time of 26:39 at the UAB Classic

Freshman (2021):

Competed in two meets… Registered a season-best time of 27:26 at the Alexander Asics Invitational where he finished in 82^nd out of 237 runners… Also competed at the Converse Kickoff where he placed 66^th out of 272 runners (27:51).

High School:

Competed in cross country for 4 years and track for 2 years at Milton High School… Was coached by Andy Carr and Scott Albregts… His top time in the mile was 4:16 and came in 2021… Posted a 9:15 in the two mile event… Recorded a personal best of 15:45 in a 5k in 2020… Named Rookie of the year in track in 2020… Won MVP of the track team in 2021… Most improved of the cross country team in 2019… President of the Rho Kappa Honor Society.
