Freshman Megan Light swung a big bat last week in helping the No. 2-ranked Eagles to a 4-0 record.  Light hit a blazing .667 with eight hits in 12 plate appearances in sparking Emory to boosting its overall slate to 24-0.  Light, who totaled a team-high 10 RBIs over the four games, slapped out three doubles, one triple and one homer and also scored five runs.  In the last two games of the UAA Tournament, Light went 3-for-6 with three RBIs, including eventual both game winners, as Emory topped Rochester (9-0) and Brandeis (10-2).  Light continued her torrid offensive pace in a doubleheader sweep against Covenant College, going five-for-six with seven RBIs and four runs scored.  In a 9-2 win over the Scots, she collected 4 RBIs, three coming on a bases-loaded clearing triple, and then went 3-for-3 in the nightcap, a 7-0 victory, including a solo homer.
