Freshman Lauren Gorodetsky helped the Eagles to a sweep of a doubleheader against Huntingdon College on Sunday, going a combined 5-for-8 eight at the plate, scoring four runs and registering three RBIs.  In the first game, a six-inning, 10-2 triumph, Gorodetsky collected a pair of hits and accounted for her three ribbies when she socked a three-run triple in a five-run sixth inning. She later scored the team’s last run which closed out the affair.  She continued her hot hitting in the second game, collecting three safeties in four plate appearances and scoring twice.  In addition, she stole a pair of bases.
