Junior Amanda Kardys picked up all three of the team's wins at
the 3N2 Invitational this past weekend at the Emory Softball
Field.
Kardys threw a pair of complete-game shutouts against Bridgewater
College before coming on in relief to toss 6 1/3 innings of relief,
allowing just two hits and fanning four, on Sunday as Emory rallied
for a 4-3 decision against Mississippi College. Kardys' effort
helped the Eagles raise their overall record to 13-0 on the
season.
So far this year, Kardys has compiled a 9-0 record and has not
allowed an earned run in 50 1/3 innings of action.
