Senior Brittany File picked up both wins in the circle in leading the Emory softball team to a Friday doubleheader sweep at New York University.

File tossed a pair of complete games, registering a total of 12 innings of work where she allowed just one earned run and five hits while striking out 22 Violets.  Her ERA over the two games was 0.58. 
In a five-inning, 13-1 triumph, she surrendered just one hit and fanned 11.  She followed that performance striking out 11 more Violets, her fourth double-figure effort of the season, and gave up just four safeties in a 2-1 triumph. 

File now stands 13-4 on the season with 157 strkeouts over 116 1/3 innings.
