Senior Claire Brock continued her torrid start to the season, averaging 23.3 PPG and 8.7 RPG as the Eagles went 2-1 against LaGrange, #15 UMHB and Piedmont. Brock opened the week with a monster game against LC, going for a career-high in both points and rebounds with a 34-13 outing. Then over the weekend, she had a 15-6-4 game in a narrow defeat to the nationally-ranked Cru before following it up with a 21-7-6 effort to help Emory close out the week in blowout fashion over Piedmont. She averaged over 30 minutes per game while shooting 45.5% from the field and 6-for-17 from three.
