2021 NCAA D-III Women's Golf Championships Release

The No. 7-ranked Emory University women's golf team, in just its second year of intercollegiate competition, has been selected to compete in the 2021 NCAA Division III Golf Championships. The Eagles are one of 25 schools vying for the team title that will be played May 11-14 on the 5,818-yard, par-72 Forest Akers West Golf Course on the campus of Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. Olivet College and the Greater Lansing Sports Authority will serve as hosts.

Twenty-one conferences were granted automatic qualification and the remaining four teams were selected on an at-large basis from conferences and the independent institutions. Six individuals, not from selected teams, also were selected for the championships.

The championships will consist of both team and individual competition conducted concurrently. Following 54 holes of competition, the field will be cut to the top 15 teams and top six individuals not on one of those teams to compete the final day.
