Attended Pleasant Valley High School, where she competing on the
swimming team for four seasons... Was the team captaing during her
junior and senior campaign... Was the Iowa State Champion in the
500 freestyle in 2006, and was part of the State Champion 400
freestyle relay team in 2003... Was a member of the State Champion
Club Team from 2002-05... Coached by Paul Eure and Barry Neville...
Also played basketball in high school.
