Senior Taylor Leone led the Emory University women's swimming & diving team to a national runner-up finish this past week in Indianapolis. Leone won the 50 Freestyle national championship with a time of 22.72 and was third in both the 100 Butterfly (54.40 - set school record in prelims (54.14)) and 100 Freestyle (50.25).

Leone was also a member of four relays that finished either first or second in their respective event. She swam the lead off leg on the national championship winning 400 Freestyle Relay (3:20.86) and was part of national runner-up relays in the 200 Freestyle (1:30.44 - under previous DIII record), 400 Medley (3:38.38 - under previous DIII record) and 200 Medley (1:39.89 - under previous DIII record).
