Junior Caroline Maki was an event winner in the 50 Freestyle and was part of two second place relays as the Eagles season got underway Saturday afternoon against Queens University of Charlotte. Maki turned in a time of 24.62 to win the 50 Freestyle and was part of the 200 Medley Relay (1:46.85, 24.34 FS split) and 200 Freestyle Relay (1:38.61, 24.90 split). Maki also competed in the 100 Freestyle, finishing fourth (top Emory finisher) with a time of 53.57.
