Senior (2015-16):
Gordon played phenomenal tennis over the course of her senior season, finishing the year with a team-high 28 singles victories, including an impeccable 22-0 record in dual matches, and her .933 winning percentage (28-2) for the season was the fourth-best single season mark in Emory history. During the NCAA Tournament, Gordon collected three successful decisions with one victory coming at a crucial point in the National Championship match against Williams to help the Eagles capture their second title in the last three seasons. Gordon added All-UAA First Team honors for the fourth time in her career, playing at no. 5 singles and finishes her career with 83 wins in singles play which places her fourth on the Emory all-time list.
Junior (2014-15):
After not participating during the fall season, Gordon impressed in the spring going 14-1 in singles, winning her final 13 matches, en route to being named to the All-UAA First Team for the third straight season. She was 3-0 during Emory's NCAA tournament run including a three set win (6-4, 3-6, 6-0) for the Eagles against #1 Williams College in the NCAA Championship match. Gordon was also 3-1 in doubles matches in the spring, collecting wins against Olgethrope, DePauw and Webster.
Sophomore (2013-14):
Gordon played a key role in the Eagles’ run to the National Championship during her sophomore season, going 22-9 in singles matches during the year, including a 10-1 mark as the Eagles’ fifth singles player. Gordon won her last six singles decisions (and 10 of her final 11) of the year, including a 3-0 mark in conference matches, earning a spot on the all-University Athletic Association (UAA) First Team for fifth singles. She added a 14-10 record in doubles matches for the 2013-14 season, including a 2-0 mark in NCAA Tournament matches. In the fall, Gordon reached the semifinals of the singles draw of the ITA Regional Championships, and the quarterfinals of the doubles tournament.
Freshman (2012-13):
Gordon made an immediate impact on the Eagles’ lineup during her first season with the team. The freshman finished the year with a 19-8 record in singles play, including a 5-1 record as the team’s fourth singles player and a 14-5 mark overall during the spring. Gordon and partner Jordan Wylie ended the year as the Atlantic South Region’s sixth-ranked doubles pairing, going 15-7 during the spring. She earned all-University Athletic Association (UAA) First Team acclaim for her performance both as Emory’s fifth singles player and as part of the second doubles duo. In the fall, Gordon teamed with freshman Annette Sullivan to advance to the semifinals of the ITA South Regional as the fourth-seeded duo in the draw. In the singles tournament, she advanced to the round of 32 before falling in three sets to the tournament’s ninth-overall seed. Gordon opened her career by winning four-straight singles matches, including three at the Atlanta Classic.
