Streak Ends for Harding and Su in ITA Oracle Cup Doubles Championship

The Emory University Women's Tennis doubles tandem of junior Bridget Harding and senior Katarina Su saw their bid for the ITA Oracle Cup Championship stifled on Sunday afternoon, falling to Lynn University's Diana Bogolii and Rosalie Willig in the doubles championship match.

Harding and Su dropped the first set to the Lynn duo 6-2. In the second set, the Eagles fought their way to a tie at 5-5 before Bogolii and Willig claimed the final two points to win the set and the match (6-2, 7-5).

Su and Harding became the first Emory doubles team to reach the ITA Oracle Cup Doubles Championship match (formerly the ITA Small College National Tournament 'Super Bowl') in program history. The pair finished the fall season with an impressive 12-2 record and were crowned the ITA Fall South Regional Champions for the second straight year back in September.
