2021 NCAA D-III Women's Tennis Championships Bracket

The Emory University women's tennis team has been selected as one of 42 teams to participate in this year's NCAA D-III Championships. The Eagles are part of a five-team pod that will compete this weekend (May 14-16) at the Lifetime Fitness Center in Peachtree Corners, GA and hosted by Emory. This marks the 36th consecutive year that the Tournament has been played that the Eagles have advanced to the postseason.

Emory (5-3) has drawn an opening-round bye and will start action at 1:00 PM Saturday with a second round matchup against either Farmingdale State (6-2) or Rhode Island College (9-0). The other second round match on Saturday will feature Williams (2-3) against John Carroll (9-0) at 9:00 AM. The third round will take place at 3:00 PM Sunday afternoon with the winner advancing to the NCAA Championships, May 24-26, at Champions Tennis Club in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  Student-athletes selected to the individual championships will be announced Wednesday, May 12.

Emory has earned a spot in the national semifinals in 11 consecutive postseasons, winning national championships in 2014 and 2016 during that span.
