Sydney Grant joined the Women’s Tennis coaching staff as a volunteer coach prior to the 2017-18 season.

A standout tennis player at The Walker School in Marietta, GA, Grant earned a scholarship to play collegiately at the Division I level with the University of Richmond. With the Spiders, Grant garnered A-10 Second Team acclaim and helped Richmond to back-to-back A-10 championships in 2010 and 2011. In 2016, Grant was inducted into The Walker School Hall of Fame.

She has coaching experience at several academies throughout the metro Atlanta area following her playing career, most recently with Universal Tennis Academy.

Grant graduated Georgia Southern University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Anthropology.
