Junior Gabrielle Stravach recorded the lone first place victory for Eagles, men or women, on Sunday at the Emory Crossplex Invitational, taking first in the 3000m Run against runners from all NCAA divisions. Her time of 10:16.54 currently ranks 6th among UAA leaders and 23rd nationally. Emory finished third out of 23 schools with 76.5 points and was the top Division III scoring school at the meet.
