The Emory University track and field programs saw eight members selected to compete in the upcoming NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships from May 23-25 at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio as selections were announced Saturday morning.

Seniors Dani Bland, Dilys Osei, junior Isabel Saridakis and sophomore Rebekah Bondi will compete individually for the Eagles at the meet with the women's team also earning bids to both 4x100m and 4x400m relay events. For the men's team, sophomore Liam Fost and freshman Brett Henshey will represent the Eagles in Geneva.

Bland is set to run in both the 100m and 200m as well as the both relays this upcoming week as she enters the field with the second fastest seed time in the 100m at 11.89 and is currently seeded eighth in the 200m with a time of 24.60. Last season, Bland finished as the national runner-up in the 100m and took silver in the 200m.

Bondi joins Bland in the 100m field as she owns the 13th fastest seed time at 12.11 and over in the 400m Hurdles, Osei is set to compete as she is tied for the fourth fastest seed time at 1:01.15. Saridakis qualifies for the NCAA Championships for the first time in her career as she will be seeded ninth in the pole vault with her school-record height of 3.83m.

For the third consecutive season the Eagles qualified for both sprint relay events at the outdoor national championships having previously finishing fifth and fourth in the 4x100m in 2017 and 2018 and were national runners-up in the 4x400m in 2018 following a 10th place finish at the 2017 meet.
