Junior Claire Evans competed in three events at the Emory Thrills in the Hills Open and her performance in all three events earned her rankings on the national leaderboard. Evans posted a time of 1:04.46 in the 400m hurdles to finish in first at the meet and puts her with the seventh best time in the nation according to TFRRS. Evans also competed in the 100m hurdles where she crossed the finish line with a time of 15.42 seconds which is the 30th fastest time of any individual. She capped off her weekend as a part of Emory's 4x400 relay team that finished in second with a time of 4:00.46 that is also the eighth fastest time by any team this season.
