Junior Hope Jackson had a phenomenal performance in both the discus and shot put events at the Berry College Field Day this past weekend. Jackson registered a first place finish in the discus with a distance of 41.07m which is the fifth best distance in program history. Jackson's distance in the discus is god for 26th in the nation and second in the UAA according to TFRRS. Jackson also finished in third place in the shot put with a distance of 11.04m. Jackson's performance in both events helped lead the Eagles to a first place finish as a team at the meet.
