Senior Morgan McKnight helped the Emory volleyball team to a 3-1 record over a four-match stretch.

The 5-foot-10 McKnight averaged a team-high 3.86 kills over 14 sets of play and closed out the week hitting .338 (54-10--130). In addition, she averaged 1.07 digs per set.

She posted three contests of 10 or more terminations and paced the squad in that department on two occasions. After tying for the team lead with nine kills in a sweep of Covenant College, McKnight aided in a sweep of South Region foe Hendrix College by totaling 14 kills, second on the club, and four digs. In the match vs. Hendrix, she became the 19th player in program history to reach 1,000 career kills. McKnight opened the UAA Robin 3 in grand fashion by pacing all players in kills with a season-high 18 in a 3-1 verdict over Case Western Reserve. She then closed out RR 3 by tying for second on the team with 13 successful attack attempts in a four-set battle vs. No. 3 Chicago.

So far this season, Morgan has produced a team-leading 13 matches of double-digit terminations and her 3.08 per-set average is second on the squad and fourth among league players.
