Junior Carly Wallace was phenomenal all weekend long as she led Emory in kills in each of the three matches on the way to the Eagles first UAA Championship since 2019. Wallace went for a double-double in the pivotal semifinal match against No. 6 ranked NYU knocking home 19 kills while also contributing 10 digs. In the Eagles straight-set victory over the WashU Bears in the championship match, Wallace crushed 14 kills on just 22 total attacks for an astounding hitting percentage of .500 which paced the team.
