Tulsa's Caitlin Klopfer and Caroline Miller ended up first and second by running nearly identical times of 21:26.3 and 21:26.4. Centre College, ranked third in the South/Southeast Region, edged Emory by 10 points for fifth place and the honor of being the top performer of the non-DI schools. The first Emory participant to cross after completing the 6K race was junior Susie Martin, who did it in 22:07, good for 18th-place out of 182 competitors. Freshman Leah Clark gave an effort of 22:41, giving her 35th-place. Finishing in 39th-place for the Eagles, sophomore Bella Racette raced in 22:48.
