  • Raced to a time of 22:29 at the NCAA Regionals placing 1st out of 176 athletes
  • Placed 6th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 22:09 
  • Also competed in the 5k at the Julius Johnson Invitational taking first place (17:44)
  • Finished first out of 190 runners in the 4k at the JSU Foothills Invitational (13:50)

Junior (2021):

Urban emerged as one of the top runners in program history for the Eagles in the 2021 season placing first for Emory in each of the seven events she competed in… Urban finished in the top 12 in all seven meets she competed in and finished in the top two in five out of the seven meets… Urban landed four times in the top 12 of the fastest times in the 6k in program history in the 2021 season… Became the eighth member in program history to be named an All-American and had the third highest finish (12th) at the national championship meet in program history… Recorded the third fastest time in a 6k in program history at the NCAA DIII Championships where she finished in 12th with her time of 21:15… Recorded the eighth fastest time in program history (21:43) the week prior at the NCAA South Regional Championship as she became the first Eagle since 2017 to win the USTFCCCA DIII South/Southeast Female Athlete of the Year after she captured the Regional Championship… Was named to the All-UAA First Team as she finished in second place at the UAA Championships after posting a time of 22:35 marking the highest finish for an Eagle since 2017… Urban recorded her fourth fastest time of the season at the Converse Kickoff where she finished in second place after posting a time of 21:52… In the first race of the season at the 5,760m Emory vs. Oglethorpe Dual Meet, Urban recorded one of her two meet wins as she paced the field with a time of 21:30… Urban finished in second place at the 5k Louisville Sports Commission Classic as she registered a 21:49… Also competed at the UAB Classic (21:46) where she finished in seventh out of 151 runners… Was named to the UAA Fall All-Academic Team… Named a 2021 USTFCCCA Academic All-American.

Sophomore (2020):
No cross country season due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Freshman (2019):
Competed in seven events...Recorded personal-best 6K effort of 24:04 at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships to take 79th-place out of 239 competitors...Scored in the third spot for the Eagles at the JSU Strut's Opener 4K (15:58, 128 runners)...Also raced as unattached in the Louisville Classic Blue 5K event (19:36, 91st of 534)...Highest finish came in the Berry Invitational (24:09, 18th of 120)

High School:
Captured a total of 11 varsity letters as a member of the cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Fox Chapel Area High School ... Was coached by Tom Moul ... Track captain on 2018 ... Best 5K time was 19:00 ... Clocked an 11:11 in the two-mile run ... Helped Fox Chapel to a 2017 state title in cross country ... Was named cross country MVP and Most Inspirational ... 2019 NAtional Merit Finalist ... National Honor Society Treasurer.
