Sophomore (2008):

Dugan batted .262 with one home run and 16 runs batted in for the Eagles during the 2008 campaign.  He was second on the team with two triples during the season.  Dugan was perfect on the base paths, stealing 13 bases on 13 attempts, and his .960 career stolen base percentage (24-25) is the best in school history.  He committed just one error on the season in centerfield for a .991 fielding percentage. 

Freshman (2007):

By the end of his freshman season with the Eagles, Dugan had emerged as an everyday starting outfielder.  He hit .295 with 24 runs scored, 23 runs batted in and 11 stolen bases on 12 attempts for Emory in 2007.  Dugan played in all of the Eagles 11 postseason games, making nine starts and finishing a .350 batting average, the third highest for an Eagle down the stretch.  He led all players at the NCAA Division III National Championship Tournament with four stolen bases.  Against Chapman University (Calif.), Dugan drove in three runs, included two on a triple.  He hit his first-collegiate home run, a three-run shot, against Rhodes College (Tenn.) on April 15th.

Prior to Emory:

Attended Mongomery Blair High School, where he played on the baseball team for four seasons... Served as the team captain during his junior and senior years... Hit .370 with 11 stolen bases in 2004, .424 with nine stolen bases in 2005 and .370 with 23 stolen bases in 2006... Two-time member of the all-County second team... Named once to the all-County first team... Winner of the Terry Hicks All-Around Award... Named his team's most valuable player twice... Coached by John MacDonald... Also competed in cross country, indoor track and basketball in high school... Named the most outstanding senior on the cross country team and the indoor track team.
