Freshman Jake Lawson went 7-for-12 as the Eagles went 2-1 against LaGrange and Covenant this past week. He had multi-hit games in all three contests, including a season-best 3-for-4 effort in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader against Covenant. Lawson topped the team in hits for the week as well as on-base percentage, and collected one walk, one HBP and one steal.
