The No. 2 ranked Emory University men's golf team is headed to the NCAA Championships for the eighth consecutive time as announced by the NCAA selection committee Monday afternoon.
The Eagles will be one of 43 teams competing for this year's national championship after receiving a Pool B at-large bid. Pool B selection consists of independent institutions and institutions that are members of conferences that do not meet the requirements for automatic qualification. This will be Emory's 26th overall appearance at the NCAA Championships in program history and the team will be looking to improve upon last year's 11th place showing.
The 2024 NCAA Championships are set to take place May 14-17 at Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada. The team and individual champions will be determined after 72 holes of play or the conclusion of the last fully completed round. After 36 holes of competition, the field will be cut to the top 18 teams and top six individuals not on one of those teams.
