Junior Cale Martens averaged 19.0 points and 5.0 rebounds as the Eagles went 1-1 on the road against Brandeis and #13 NYU. Martens finished second in scoring in Friday night's win over the Judges, dropping 18 points on 7-for-14 shooting to go along with five rebounds, two assists and one steal. He followed that up by leading Emory in scoring in Sunday's defeat at NYU, posting 20 points on 8-for-18 shooting and tied a season-high with four three-pointers. Against the Violets, Martens grabbed five rebounds and added one assist, steal and block each.
