Pat Pema

Sophomore Pat Pema contributed to three event wins as well as two more top-three finishes to help the Eagles to a second place team finish at the Denison Invitational. Pema took first in the 500 Freestyle with his NCAA B Cut of 4:23.78 and was part of both the 800 Freestyle Relay (6:34.85) and 400 Freestyle Relay (2:57.97) wins with both times representing NCAA B Cuts. Pema added third place efforts with NCAA qualifying times in the 200 Freestyle (1:38.03; 1:37.78 in prelims) and 200 Backstroke (1:47.83; 1:47.34 in prelims). He rounded out the weekend of swimming with fifth place finishes in both the 400 Medley Relay (3:18.69 - NCAA B Cut) and 200 Medley Relay (1:30.20 - NCAA B Cut).
