Junior Jeff Echols was a two-time winner on Saturday as Emory defeated Birmingham-Southern. Echols touched first in the 100 Backstroke (51.12) and 200 Butterfly (1:51.43) to pace the team. With his times, Echols now stands fourth in DIII in the 200 Fly and eighth in the 100 Back. Echols also swam the third leg of the Eagles' C team in the 400 Freestyle Relay, with the team placing fourth at 3:11.60.
